Zum zweiten mal findet im September der open]art[space - projektraum kunst in Potsdam statt.

Im vergangenen Jahr haben wir aus Spaß an der Freude und mit viel Naivität dieses Ausstellungsprojekt aus der Taufe gehoben.

Innerhalb kürzester Vorbereitungszeit haben wir 30 Künstler aus ganz Europa unter dem Dach der ehemaligen Brauerei in Potsdam vereint und für vier Tage eine Ausstellung organisiert, die durchweg beste Kritiken erhalten hat.

In diesem Jahr ist der open]art[space - projektraum kunst professioneller. Nicht zuletzt dank der > Jury, die dieses Mal die Auswahl der > Künstler vorgenommen hat. Denn uns war wichtig, dass der künstlerische Anspruch im Vergleich zum ersten Mal (weiter) steigt.

Und so zeigen wir 2011 insgesamt 25 Künstler und  Künstlergruppen. Natürlich hängen Bilder an den Wänden, wie es sich für eine Ausstellung gehört. Viel mehr jedoch als im vergangenen Jahr steht die Idee im Vordergrund, den open]art[space als Experimentierfläche zu nutzen, um Neues und Ungewöhnliches auszuprobieren.

Und so erwartet Sie als Besucher in den Tagen vom 08. bis 11. September außergewöhnliche Standpunkte moderner Kunst in den alten Gemäuern der Brauerei. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

In September 2011 the open]art[space - projektraum kunst will take place for the second time im Potsdam.

Last year it was fun and joy and much naivety that made us create this exhibition project.

Within a very short preparation time we united 30 artists from all over Europe in the former brewery in Potsdam and organized a 4-days-exhibition which got consistently good reviews.
 

This year the open]art[space - projektraum kunst has become more professional. This not at least because of the > jury that made the selection of the > artists. We decided for the jury as for us it was important to increase the artistic requirement.

So we are proud to show 25 artists and artist groups in 2011. Of course there will be pictures hanging on the walls as it is typical for an art exhibition.

But more than in the last year we force the idea to use the  open]art[space as an experimental space to have a try on new and uncommon ideas.

You as a visitior can expect exceptional views of modern art shown in the days from September 8th until 11th in the building of the old brewery. We are looking forward to your visit!
